Its name was derived from the cool ocean mist that often covers the vines. also known as sea smoke. Matured on its lees (Sur Lie) for 9 months, this flagship, single vineyard wine has a delightful flintiness on the nose. The palate expresses hints of green fig, pear and asparagus with an elegant mineral finish.
