Superbly modest nose, with pure red fruit on the palate. Red currants, raspberries tobacco and a smoky finish. Elegant and charming wine – long, perfumed and sophisticated.
The winemaking is kept simple and true. Made in traditional “kuipe” (Cement Open-top Fermenters). Natural fermentation, pigéage/punch downs, 3rd Fill Barrel (French 225L) 24months, manual basket press, unfiltered.
