"Picked a bit later than its counterpart. This wine shows the wood a bit more. It is nutty, yet the purity of fruit shines through. The difference in the two vineyards more prominent this year. The winemaking is kept simple and true. Manual Basket Press, natural fermentation, barrel Fermented, no Malolactic Fermentation, time on lees 12 months, 2nd & 3rd Fill Barrels (French 225L), unfiltered.
